the hotel's location was a dream. i walked to major sites easily. the breakfast variety suited my tastes perfectly. staff members showed such kindness and eagerness to help, even making my rearranged plans simple. the hotel always felt cute, from the clean spaces to the morning breakfast.

this hotel provided convenient hop-on hop-off bus access just across the street. it assisted greatly with exploring the city. a small underground parking area accommodated our car, our transportation was well-managed.

the hotel had an excellent central position with easy access to attractions. many major sites were within a comfortable walk of fifteen minutes or less. the area presented a chilled and relaxed atmosphere, cute to visitors.

The breakfast provided a wide selection of good quality items. It had many choices. the orange juice tasted very good. I could easily go back just for another glass. the restaurant setting itself added to the dining enjoyment

staff members showed politeness, offering professional help consistently. becc and dionysia specifically helped with every aspect of my stay. they were helpful during flight cancellations and stressful travel re-arrangements. the front desk assisted with electrical adaptors, too.

my room felt spacious and featured comfortable beds. it maintained a clean environment throughout my entire stay. room 304 had distinct decor, but it was warm and provided comfort. i found the room quiet. but the bathroom had an issue with a door handle.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that. The breakfast had a very good selection of food. The location was convenient and allowed me to walk to many attractions. The room cleaning service was consistent and thorough.

The hotel room lighting was inadequate with main lights. It felt too dark with bedside lights on. The shower leaked all over the tile floor because of improper glass door fit. the shower size was quite small.

friendly team excellent staff convenient location unrefreshed water poor lighting leaking shower

the team was really friendly. i found the staff were excellent and professional. the location was also convenient for walking to different places (main historical districts are nearby).

the hotel did not refresh bottled water daily, even though breakfast was great. the room lighting was not ideal. the bathroom shower leaked all over the tile floor (the glass door fit was improper).
